  • Poor customer support in the case of mentor fraud

  • An unintuitive user experience

  • Topmate MentorMatcher: Semantic search powered by generative AI with vector embeddings to enable mentees to find more suitable mentors.

  • Topmate Safepay: Secure payment and reporting system to combat mentor fraud and improve mentee satisfaction and retention.

  • Create a Mentee Account: Enable mentees to create accounts where they can manage their bookings to boost mentee engagement and conversion.
